Why is it that some of the biggest homeless scammers get the most help / handouts from the community?

Woke me up at 5:25am this morning by digging through the trash right behind me

Panhandles money for the dryer in the laundromat then buys soda with what she is given [just say you want a soda, JC!]

Has literally blocked me dozens of times from entering the bathroom at the park

Nasty rude remarks to me on the bus

Pushes her wheelchair all over hell and gone, then plays the disability card on the bus. SMH

Gets to sleep at the church on Olive & 6th [there are more worthy people, that would enjoy that opportunity]
