Homeless Men Who Are Violent, Who Have Been Domestic to Their Partner, Who Have Restraining Orders Against Them

 

Historical Timeline of Abuse

• Lying
• Nothing is ever their fault
• Changing the truth / details
• I've called the police between 15-20 times with no resolve.
• Allegedly someone has a restrainer order on him [Domestic Abuse] his wife?
• Taken 2 different programs at vocational college with no intention to work [Close to 60 years old, no one is going to hire him] did it for the xs financial aid
• Sits at Starbucks for hours never ordering anything taking up a table for 4. When it gets crowded the paying customers cannot use that table.
• Smokes on Starbucks property
• To date I've done nothing to him EVER EVER EVER

* March 2020: meth on my coffee lid at Starbucks, a patron told me it was him

* Metro: came into women's bathroom & sprayed cold medicine in my face. PD called.

* Found out that I sat at Metro circle, so he came up and started sitting there

* Lights up cigarettes near me at bus station, even when I have asked him not to

* Started walking by me at night when I slept at Joslyn / Olive side to his log cabin chateau

* He used to sit in the back of the park on his laptop. When he found out I slept in front, then he started going there in the evening. [There is a bench right next to where he slept, so why the bench at my spot?].

* I changed my sleep spot to Joslyn / G.P. and then he started walking by me there at night

* Put diuretics in the hand dryer at the park. He was sitting in the back and started laughing at me when I came out of the bathroom while he blew out his cig smoke at me.

* Showed up at my sleep spot and lit up a cigarette. I asked him why he was there since it's where I sleep and told him it was a no smoking area. I called PD like the other times.  Then he got within an inch of me and screamed at me almost threatening me [PD heard & did nothing to protect me]

* He came to the beauty shop where I was sleeping and slammed a shopping cart into a pole. It woke me up and as he walked by me he lifted his t- shirt up at me exposing himself. PD called.

* Hid behind the bushes one day [ Olive & Reese ] and when the bus pulled up he ran in front of me to get on the bus first

* Came up so close to me at the Laundromat that his body almost touched mine. smh. ugh. PD called

* Came into Starbucks and started laughing at me.

* His friend sits at "his" table and holds it for him until he gets there.

* I gave 2 BPDs a HTB card and the guy with gray hair saw me. The next night he told Mark that he saw the "rat" talking to the police.

* Mark saw me at the bathroom and ohhhh shit [No swearing at Starbucks]

* He watches me unplug my computer then gets up to cut in front of me at the bathroom

* Looks up at me when I come back from the bathroom and gives me dirty looks

* Right after I sat down, he took off his headphones and blasted his music.[No loud music when it disturbs others, per Starbucks]

* Walks outside every hour at 35, 37, & 42 after the hour [check the cameras] [about when I returned from OS]

* 9.2.21 ran from bus to my bus to get, pink route has his back not mine.

* 9.2.21 came across the street, from Sbux to 7/11, and blocked me outside the doors.

* 9.3.21 smoked up the area at the pink route at Metro, then laughed at me when I got off the bus.

* 9.5.21 heard me leave 7/11 so he went outside Sbux and smoked. I watched his smoke move west toward the patio that was packed with people. If he has Delta, it will travel with the smoke; 20-30 feet.

Well he wins doesn't he PD? 

Now, if I want peace of mind I have to stay away. 😭

You PD have a pattern of letting men hurt me!!

So the community & Starbucks value him over me? Jesus!!

**Final thoughts:

In 2019, Starbucks changed their policy, regarding restroom and seat usage. I have a degree in Business and disagree. They were tryna compensate for the racist move in Philly, asking 2 Black men to leave. Too bad I wasn't there. SMH. It's a bad business move because there are people that will take advantage instead of being respectful and grateful. In the afternoon, the kids come from school, a lot of them, and it gets packed ... so how many people are taking up a table, not having bought one thing, while these kids, paying customers, cannot sit down to blow off some steam from their day. It's not right! Any adult want to be a kid in these days? Jesus Christ, they have it hard, in my opinion. Let's ask MHET!

Not only do I have a degree in Business, I was raised in a proud Italian home! We work for what we have! We are givers, we are not takers! I was told by my Dad to work hard and do and give for others for my self-esteem! Trust, you can check every single Munari, Valenti, Casella, & Basso and not find one that isn't role model for society!

I don't get it. I spend, for me, what is a lot of money at Starbucks. And it is money well spent. I love the patrons & baristas, the environment, the coffee & food, the music, my memories of Mike & the kids 😭 and knowing what Starbucks stands for and what it gives back to society and the community. Out of respect I try and spend as much $$ as possible not only because I am grateful for a seat & electrical outlet, but out of respect for the framework of business. So when I see someone come in day after day, for hours on end and not spend a dime, coupled with 'they are harassing me' .. then I am out, that's it. If I pulled that shit, just one thing that Mark has done to me, to another patron, I would be drugged and / or tossed out on my ass.

And then I get called a rat, because gray haired guy has drank Mark's Kool-Aid. So, I go to Starbucks and spend between $5 and $10 a day just to get called a rat, get laughed at, get cut off at the restroom, etc etc. Not only is it bullshit, it's not fair. How many times have I unplugged for another customer or given up or shared my table?? Lots and lots of times, because it's the right thing to do. But to be bullied and harassed by bottom feeders? Nope. I'll just sever my relationship. I don't need the heartache ... at all.

I see this phenomena all the time, where others friend a homeless person NOT knowing anything about them. Let me tell the community 'buyer beware' . Some of these folks are sick puppies, either dragging you down as Mark has done with gray haired guy into their pity party of delusion and lies, or taking the shirt right off your back without you knowing, SMH. These people are good at what they do. Whatever.
